I had hoped to provide a map with links to our stops but time has run out and I have not found a map I like. I suggest using Wikipedia to locate the islands and Google Maps in hybrid or satellite mode to view an image of the places we visited. Hopefully the next trip, approximately 2012, I will have wireless Internet access for daily, live updates.
